Dinner Yokohama Ramen @ Grantral Mall Tonkotsu & Shoyu Ramen $11.90 + $1 bamboo shoots
I was SO disappointed to find they didn’t have pure shoyu ramen, rather a mix of tonkotsu and shoyu ramen. It looks like Singaporeans cannot accept shoyu ramen… tonkotsu is the norm here.
But I was pleasantly surprised that it’s not too thick like tonkotsu. The chilli paste, which is minced chilli padi, has kick and is awesome. The soundtrack in the background is Yuuri and Yorushika.
Not that the bamboo shoots were bad, but I think I would have gotten more enjoyment by adding more spring onions instead.
